Bumprints
When I joined the Bumprints team, they had already established a quality mission: providing information on the impact of the aviation industry on the climate crisis, and encouraging people to improve their flying habits and decrease their carbon 'bumprint.' The characters seen in the logo process were already established, each character represents a type of flyer with their main outfit color and size of their bums corresponding with the size of their carbon bumprints.

As a designer, I took on the task of creating a logo for this organization to represent the Bumprints mission and maintain the fun, colorful style of the brand. Using the colors of the flyers, and the existing font, I attempted a few different variations incorporating planes, and playing off of the 'bum' aspect with the letter. The final logos achieved professionalism with a nod a bum in the "B" for bumprints, a globe on the "i" for the earth protection aspect, and then a plane with contrails to emphasize the climate impact of aviation. There are two versions because the yellow color does not contrast well on most backgrounds, so an alternate version was established for improved accessibility.
